Ginger Cardamom tea with bajji on a rainy day!!! I will call them "Perfect three". I am fond of tea, i can have any number of teas in a day. I prefer a light tea rather than a strong one. I am more fond of tea rather than coffee. I sometimes add either ginger or cardamom.
When i think of tea, the person comes to my mind is my Grandmom, we call her "Thathi". During summer holidays, me and my grandmom will wait for 2:00 PM. That is our Tea Time. My grandmom will add lots of water to milk and tea used to be very thin. We named it "Chai Panni". Ha ha.....

Tea powder

Method
1. Boil milk, water. Add the ginger, cardamom, tea powder.
2. Bring to simmer and boil for 5 more mins. Filter using the tea strainer and add sugar.
