Hi.... I am Vinitha, Author of viniscuisine.com. I am born and brought up in singara Chennai. I did my schooling in Modern senior secondary school, Nanganallur and graduated from SRM. I am a B.Pharm Graduate.
I got married in May 2013 and came to USA, that is when my Cooking journey started.
Before marriage i had only few Kitchen / cooking experience.
After coming to USA, i started trying out different cuisines as well as Baking. I try different recipes from different blogs plus some traditional recipes from my mom. I wanted to have a record of all these recipes for future reference. That's how Viniscuisine.com was born.
when i started this blog i had a passion for cooking, now Food photography has also been an area of major interest. I try to take a good photo as far as possible to make the recipe more appealing. I am in the learning process, so forgive me in case of any mistake.
The recipe collections are either from other blogs or from my grandmom/ mom/ mom in law s recipe book. I have tried to give due respects to other bloggers wherever i have adpated their recipe.
