Another recipe with methi leaves !!!!!!!

Methi Pakoda

                    Preparation time: 10 mins |Cooking time: 20 mins | Serves: 3 

Ingredients


Methi Leaves
1 Cup
Besan / Kadala Mavu
½ Cup
Rice Flour
¼ Cup
Ajwain
½ Tsp
Red Chilli
1 Tsp
Baking powder
A Pinch
Onion chopped
½ Cup
Water
¼ cup + 1 Tbsp
Salt
As per taste
Oil
For deep Frying

Method

 1. Mix methi leaves, besan, rice flour, ajwain, onion,chilli powder, salt. Slowly add the water and mix the contents to a dough consistency.

2. Heat oil for deep frying. Spoon in the dough in small batches to the oil.

3. Deep fry them till golden brown.
4. Drain the excess oil using tissue.
